Angie is a 2000 Graduate from the University of Georgia where she received a B.A. in Speech Communications and an African Studies Certificate with a focus in Swahili. She has also received her Associates Degree in Theatre. Before joining America’s Top Realty, Angie worked at a Commercial Real Estate Development Company in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Client Care Coordinator, Angie will be working with you to get started on the listing of your home. A packet will be sent to you with all the necessary paperwork which needs to be completed in order for us to list your home, as well as, helpful tips on getting your home ready to sell. Once Darlene has met with you and the Listing Agreement is signed the ball will get rolling. Angie will be responsible for coordinating with the various departments in getting your home flyers, sign up, lockbox, MLS listing along with the dozens of other intricacies in getting your home on the market. Once you have a buyer the next step is to be sure that closing is as smooth and worry free as possible. Angie will work closely with the Title Office providing them with much of the paperwork that we requested from you at the time of your listing.
